Israel is participating in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Malmoe. Of course we’ll be cheering! Listen to the song “Hurricane” while you read on.

We cheered on Israel on May 9. And we did it in Malmoe, of course!

A big thank you to to you all who joinded us and to the police.

Eurovision Song Contest is both a song contest and a party. Israel has participated since many years and had been successful, with good and danceable songs. Israel’s participation this year is being questioned by various groups that have gathered strength for several weeks. We, who like Israel and music, want to get together and support both Israel and the music festival. At the same time, we want to show that Israel has friends, also in Malmoe.
We will show up at Davidshallstorg in Malmoe on Thursday, May 9 between 6-8pm. No speeches, but lovely Israeli music will flow from our speakers while we sing along and wave both Israeli and Swedish flags.
This will also be an opportunity to pay tribute, mourn and remember all those who were raped, murdered and kidnapped at the Nova Festival on October 7, in the worst pogrom since World War II. There will be extensive police coverage. Warmly welcome to join us.

See you!
